Then this morning I spent two hours looking for a parking place. Except, it had been about 5 days and somebody had crossed out the date and put another so it wouldn’t be towed. There are two stickers on it: one from the street cleaners letting me know I didn’t move my car for street cleaning and another instructing others to not tow it for 48 hours because it had been moved for a movie. NovemUnspoken Rules of the Office Break Room We care about our workplace environment and when we leave our area is in order great However, what about the shared office spaces Yes I am talking about the unspoken rules of the infamous office break room. I start down 8 th Avenue and there's the car. (But he couldn’t remember the cross street.) Somebody reported that it had been parked in front of his house for a while. A Volvo, I said.Ĭop: License plate BLAHBLAH? (he’s doing this off the top of his head)Ĭop: Oh, I took that call. I went up to them and explained the situation. ![]() I finally decided to call the cops and report it stolen when I saw two cops parked in front of a fire hydrant eating BBQ. Foosball, or table football, is a tabletop game that loosely follows the setup of soccer. So I got on my bicycle and rode around looking for it. Here are 13 game ideas you can implement in your break room: 1. I looked around for it, talked with the neighbor, and came to the conclusion that it had been moved for a movie filming (Law and Order films a lot in my neighborhood). On Sunday, I went out to move the car for street cleaning day and it was gone. But the best part is that later I went back to the break room and was reading the fridge sign for the 100th time and noticed that someone had graffitti-ed the sign! Instead of the heading saying "break room rules" someone had added "I like to." so that it said "I love to break room rules." ![]() It was very frosted over in the way that little fridges get, but there was a little square of freezer area that hadn't frosted because there was a "no plastic bags" note stuck to it, which prevented frosty buildup. I don't know why, but perhaps out of curiosity, today I opened the freezer on the mini-fridge. The beginning of it starts with "the break room is a privilege." There are also small pieces of paper stuck everywhere that say "no plastic bags!!!" which seems to be one of the most important rules. It's clearly the work of a fridge vigilante. Work happening: there is an annoying sign throughout the break room, on every wall and surface, printed in multi-color times new roman, explaining the rules/procedures of the break room (mainly fridge).
